The Ministry of Education (MOE) intends to complete Project C, using a single stage traditional procurement route. On behalf of the MOE, the Public Works Department's Major Projects Office is seeking a General Contractor to submit a tender bid based on the drawings specification and Employers

requirements documentation, together with any ancillary works required and as detailed on the Appendix C - Pricing Form and the information contained within Appendix G . The MOE will contract with one entity, who shall be the General Contractor. Project C comprises of the demolition, asbestos removal, ground preparation, drainage, u/ground ducting, install the new sports playing field facilities, provide the MUGAs, Basketball/Netball courts, together with any “fixed” equipment and fencing, all as detailed within the drawings listed in Appendix G. The General Contractor will be employed, directly by the MoE, throughout the entire duration concluding after the completion of the 12-months post completion defects liability period. The Multi-disciplined consultancy design team, as appointed by the MoE, will be retained by the MoE for the duration of the works and all design information will be provided to the General Contractor.
