The anticipated awarded Statewide Price Agreements for new and unused Universal Restaurant Equipment and related Services include the following categories:
Tab 1 - Cooking Equipment:Commercial restaurant; ranges, fryers, griddles, steamers, ovens and microwaves, kettles, hearths and char broiler, salamander, rotisseries, etc..
Tab 2 - Cookware/Bakeware: Pans, skillets, pots, casserole dishes, baking pans and dishes, etc.
Tab 3 - Food Holding and Warming Equipment: Banquet carts, countertop warmers, holding cabinets, countertop soup kettles, heat lamps, pass through, chaffing dish, etc.
Tab 4 - Food Preparation Equipment: Meat processing equipment, commercial blenders/mixers, slicers, carving stations, slicers, choppers, cutters, toasters, grinders, meat presses and patty molds etc.
Tab 5 - Commercial Sinks, Disposers Work Tables and Stations:Sinks and accessories, worktables with and without undershelves, enclosed
and non-enclosed; with or without back splashes, and water filter systems. Disposers, Workstations w/sink, and independent work stations, etc.
Tab 6 - Refrigerated and Ice Making Equipment:Reach in and walk-in refrigerators and freezers, for bars and under counter, ice equipment and supplies, including airflow curtains, etc.
Tab 7 - Beverage Equipment: Coffee makers, brew stations, coffee warmers, drink dispensers, coffee grinders, beverage blenders, etc.
Tab 8 - Smallwares: Utensils for food preparation, and cooking for food consumption: cutlery, cutting boards, measuring utensils, small food processors, blenders, ladle dispenser, glass, plastic, china and earthware type dishware and plastic, and stainless type flatware, melamine, stainless and plastics, brushes, Parts, etc., for Restaurant Equipment and related Services, aluminum, chef wear, thermometers, cutting boards, scales, can openers, kitchen mats, and racks, glassware, service ware, etc.
Tab 9 - Dishwashing Equipment: Hi and low-temperature and conveyor type dishwashers, sterilizer, booster water heaters including drying racks, etc.
Tab 10 - Food Storage and Transport Equipment: Mobile and stationary, shelving, cabinets, carts catering insulated carts, etc.
Tab 11 - Food Display and Merchandising: Drop-in food display warmers and chillers, hot/cold display cases merchandise carts, push button dispensers, food and condiment dispensers, condiment holders, buffet and table service, hot/cold food tables, countertop displays/display trays etc.
Tab 12 - Restaurant Front of the House: Furniture, tabletops, smoker poles, heaters, high chairs, crowd control, booster seats, baby changing tables, vending carts, mobile kiosks, table skirting, etc.
