The County of Kern is extending an Invitation To Bid to provide COLLECTION SERVICES to several County departments in accordance with the scope of work attached for a three year period with two (2) one-year renewal options. Please state your rates in the attached Pricing Schedule labeled Attachment "A" Fees. A document and your compliance with the County's minimum requirements in Exhibit A "Scope of Service."
