CITY OF LEAGUE CITY REQUEST FOR PREPOSALS RFP #20-Fire-001 (R) Due Date: Tuesday, November 19, 2019 by 2:00 p.m. CST All-Hazards Response Boat     The City of League City is now accepting sealed proposals for an All-Hazards Response Boat                                                                    City of League City Purchasing Department 300 West Walker League City, TX 77573 Monday – Thursday:  7:30 am to 5:30 pm Friday:  7:30 am to 12:00 pm Proposals may be obtained from the City’s website:  http://leaguecitytx.gov/bids.aspx . All sealed proposals shall be submitted including one (1) marked original, five (5) marked copies, and one (1) electronic copy (flash drive).  Submittals must be clearly marked with proposal number and title. Proposals sent via courier must be sealed in a separate envelope inside of the mailer.

Proposals will be received at the Purchasing Office, 300 West Walker, League City, TX 77573 until 2:00 pm CST on November, 2019 .  Proposals received after the deadline stated herein will not be considered and shall be considered void and unacceptable.    Applicant names of all proposals received will be read aloud immediately after the closing hour. The City of League City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive irregularities, and to accept the proposals deemed the most advantageous to the City.   All inquiries about this proposal or specifications must be made in writing to Purchasing Department, at purchasing@leaguecitytx.gov Deadline for submission of questions is Wednesday, November 13th at 2 PM.
