The contract shall commence on or about November 1, 2024, and continue for one (1) snow season and end on April 30, 2025. The City may exercise the option to extend this contract for additional snow seasons. Extensions shall not exceed four (4) snow-season periods. The City may cancel this contract after the first snow season with a thirty (30) days written notice. All work is subject to the availability of funds.
