The work also includes all site work, utilities, grading, slab, erection of 6000 square foot CMU and pre-engineered metal building, installation of all necessary electrical, HVAC, and plumbing. Said Proposal shall include all labor, tools, implements, machinery, materials, and any incidentals necessary to complete the work in the manner and time prescribed, and in strict conformity with the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of the City Engineer.
