The City’s Community Development Department seeks to contract with qualified firms that can provide inspection services as necessary in support of the Department’s Building Division. The City’s intent is to minimize response time and improve customer service by supplementing in house staff with consultants. Scope of Work: Provide ICC Certified Combination Building Inspectors capable of performing residential and commercial inspections. Inspectors must be familiar with ADA and CBC accessibility codes and experienced in all types of construction including grading and NPDES requirements. In the performance of such duties, consultant shall observe each project at the completion of the various stages of construction for compliance with all relevant State and City building codes.
