The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) seeks to award an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Task Order contract for the Bus Bridge Services. WMATA requires a qualified contractor(s) to provide Bus Bridge Services within the District of Columbia, Commonwealth of Virginia and State of Maryland. The Contractor (s) shall provide buses, all necessary staffing/personnel (must include senior management, bus operators and supervisors), parts, equipment and supplies to fulfil the WMATA Bus Bridge Services outlined in the price schedule. All buses must be ADA accessible. This RFP contains a 5% percent DBE goal. It is a condition of the contract that all contractor(s) shall follow the DBE required procedures as set forth in the RFP documents section – APPENDIX B – Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE).
