RETAIL STORE DATA

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to purchase individual store-level data on food retailers' characteristics and location, including (but not limited to) store name, address, telephone number, location (longitude-latitude, state, county, and census tract), market area identifiers, annual sales, selling area, full-time equivalent employees, and number of checkout registers. The USDA intends to negotiate solely with Nielsen Company LLC. located 150 North Martingale Rd Ste 400, Schaumburg IL 60173 for a 12 month POP 9/30/19 to 9/29/20.This is not a request for solicitations or quotations or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. Request for copies of this solicitation will not be honored or acknowledged. The Government does not intend to pay for information received. All interested parties must respond within ten (5) calendar days from the date of this notice. Written responses must provide clear and concise documentation indicating your firm's capability to provide the services described in the attached solicitation SOW. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. If within 5 days of this notice, no viable responses have been received in response to this announcement, USDA shall negotiate solely with Nielsen Company LLC.
