The Property is located on the northeast corner of Food Center Drive and Halleck Street in the 690-acre Hunts Point Peninsula. The Property comprises
approximately 3.2 acres and is a portion of Block 2778, lot 100 (zoned M3-1) within the Hunts Point Food Distribution Center (“FDC”). NYCEDC plans to select a consultant on the basis of factors stated in the RFP which include, but are not limited to: the quality of the proposal, experience of key staff identified in the proposal, experience and quality of any subcontractors proposed, demonstrated successful experience in performing services similar to those encompassed in the RFP, and the proposed fee, if applicable.
