The City of Lubbock, TX, is seeking competitive, sealed proposals for advertising and marketing services.

This is a PAPER ONLY submission.

For the purpose of familiarizing proposers with the requirements, answering questions, and issuing addenda as needed for the clarification of the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents,
 
a pre-proposal meeting will be held on August 29, 2019, at 10:00 A.M. at City of Lubbock, Purchasing and Contract Management Office, Room 204, 1625 13th Street, Lubbock, TX 79401  . All persons attending the conference will be asked to identify themselves and the prospective proposer they represent.
