Any bid submissions should offer a model similar to the technical specifications listed below and deliver a final product that has been tested in the event/performance market to ensure years of successful use. It is understood that these units are part of a niche market, and consideration of brand names/equivalents will be weighed to align best with the Township’s goals. Bidders are required to submit pricing for the base mobile stage unit as well as Optional Accessories and submit any/all proposed changes where and if they differ from the written specification on additional pages. NO EXCEPTIONS User must be provided access to a manufacturer customer service representative 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Special Requirements: The complete system shall be assembled and tested as a complete system at the factory prior to shipment. A comprehensive quality assurance inspection test certificate shall be part of the Operation Manual (2 sets) that shall be shipped with the system. The equipment supplied shall be guaranteed to be new, of current design, and free of all defects in material and workmanship for a period of (1) one year. If a defect is discovered within the one-year time frame, manufacturer will repair defect or replace defective component at manufacturer expense. Miscellaneous: The applicant/proposer shall submit one (1) original with original signatures marked “ORIGINAL” and should submit one (1) complete and exact copies of the original marked “COPY” of his/her proposal and should submit an electronic copy on a CD or flash drive.
