The New York City Department of Correction seeks a Contractor to supply on-call, as necessary repairs/diagnostic services, preventive maintenance and replacement of mechanical equipment and systems deemed to be beyond repair or beyond their useful life.

A hard copy of the (IFB) can be obtained at the Department of Correction Headquarters located in the Bulova Corporate Center, 75-20 Astoria BLVD, Suite 160, East Elmhurst, NY 11370, from November 15 – December 18, 2019, from 9:00 AM- 4:00 PM at a cost of $25.00. The fee must be paid via check or money order, payable to the Commissioner of the Department of Finance. Cash will not be accepted. There are no drawings associated with this bid.

This solicitation is not subject to Minority-Owned and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) participation goals as required by Local Law 1 of 2013.
