Notice #12403P - Yakima Airport Rental Car Concessions and Lease

Notice is hereby given by the undersigned that sealed Requests for Proposals will be accepted in the office of the Yakima City Clerk , Yakima City Hall, 129 N. 2 nd Street, Yakima, Washington 98901 until the hour of 2:00:00 PM DST on May 2, 2024. At such time, Proposers names will be publicly read for: Rental Car Concessions and Lease Agreements at the Yakima Air Terminal-McAllister Field. The City is requesting a non-exclusive, full-service, fully integrated Rental Car Concessions and Lease Agreement. The air terminal can permit the operation of up to four (4) high quality, professionally operated and managed rental car service concessions, with four (4) separate brand identifications that will reflect the prestige anddignity of YKM. No more than one branded operator will operate in any single concession area and only one recognized brand will be operated pursuant to any concession
