Bid Comments:

Scope of Work:
The furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals to buildout the EOC Server Room 325 located at 201 NW 84th Avenue, Plantation, Florida 33324.



Goal Participation:
This solicitation is reserved for County Business Enterprise (CBE) firms (CBE Reserve). Refer to the Office of Economic and Small Business Development Requirements: CBE Reserved for requirements.
 

 

County/State License Requirements:
In order to be considered a responsive and responsible Vendor for the scope of work set forth in this solicitation, the Vendor must possess a specified license at the time of

submittal (refer to Special Instructions for requirements).



Bid Allowance Amounts:
The solicitation includes pass-thru allowances. It is not necessary to add the allowance amounts into your bid prices. BidSync will automatically add the allowance amount indicted to your bid total and will be reflected on final bid tabulation.

Bid Guaranty:
Each submittal shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount (refer to Section K. Bid Bond,
Special Instructions for Vendors
of the Solicitation Document).

 

Questions and Answers:
The County provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through BidSync by the date and time referenced in the solicitation document (including any addenda). The County will respond to all questions via BidSync.



Submittals:
Vendor MUST submit its solicitation response electronically and MUST confirm its submittal in order for the County to receive a valid response through BidSync. Refer to the Purchasing Division website or contact BidSync for submittal instructions. It is the Vendor’s sole responsibility to assure its response is submitted and received through BidSync by the date and time specified in the solicitation. The County will not consider solicitation responses received by other means. Vendors are encouraged to submit their responses in advance of the due date and time specified in the solicitation document. In the event that the Vendor is having difficulty submitting the solicitation document through BidSync, immediately notify the Purchasing Agent and then contact BidSync for technical assistance.
