CNCS Risk Based Member and Grant Management System

The purpose of this market research is to help CNCS do the following:• Implement a Platform as a Service (PaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), or a Shared Service solution for a risked based grant and member management system• Provide the cost and time estimate to implement proposed solution• Propose an implementation strategy for the proposed solutionEstablished in 1993, the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS) is a federal agency that engages more than 5 million Americans in service through its core programs -- Senior Corps and AmeriCorps.The CNCS eGrants system currently processes all CNCS grant management operations. CNCS developed and deployed eGrants to production in 2001. Over the years, CNCS has made targeted updates to the current eGrants technical environment and functionality to respond to evolving mission needs, which has resulted in a complex system and underlying data structure that is both costly to maintain and unable to keep pace with emerging business requirements.
