Title Report Services

The City of Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety (LADBS) is seeking bids from interested firms for title report services to provide an accurate statement of ownership interests, liens, encumbrances, and other interests in nuisance and/or abandoned properties throughout the City of Los Angeles. The contractor shall furnish reports for the City which shall include, but not be limited to, the information below: 1) Legal description of the property 2) Names and addresses of all persons with liens, mortgages, deed of trust, or any other recorded interested in the property. 3) Recording services for documents prepared by the City regarding the subject property. 4) Updates on previously issued title
