Opportunity Summary
The Minnesota Multistate Contracting Alliance for Pharmacy (MMCAP)Infuse is a healthcare products and services group purchasing organization serving thousands of state and local government facilities across the United States. MMCAP is operated by the State of Minnesota Department of Administration's Materials Management Division and is governed by Minnesota laws and procurement policies.

Members are facilities governed by state agencies and political subdivisions with the following classes of trade classifications: correctional facilities, psychiatric treatment facilities, student health services, public health services, non-federal veterans' nursing homes, and public hospitals. MMCAP is seeking responses from vendors to provide Animal Health, Products and Services to MMCAP facility members and university veterinary teaching

programs. Products and Services will serve members who 1. provide control, care, disease prevention, and medical treatment for companion, production, and other animal populations designated my MMCAP Infuse Members. 2. University veterinary schools and other accredited veterinary degree programs that qualify for membership. 3. are involved in emergency preparedness and emergency response before and during emergency events that impact companion, production, and other animal populations as designated by the MMCAP Members.

Responders DO NOT have to propose for both companion and production animal populations. However, Responders are encouraged to propose for a comprehensive animal health program including both companion and production animals.

MMCAP reserves the right to award contracts for either, the entire national membership, or a specific region. The detailed deliverables are set forth in Section IV: Program Deliverables, of this RFP.

The State of Oregon intends to participate in Contracts awarded under this MMCAP RFP.
