Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - Books

COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION DESCRIPTION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. FAR Part 13 procedures are being utilized. The Government reserves the right to award without discussion.A single Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) award is anticipated. The BPA shall provide terms and conditions for book purchases for a base period of 01 May 2019 - 30 April 2024. The BPA shall provide the government the ability to acquire new book titles as required. Attachment 4, Air Force Library Title List, includes a list of renewals and new purchases for FY19. The purpose of this list is to provide pricing comparisons for evaluation purposes.
