Sylvester Road Guardrail at Parsons Brook Crossing Quotes

NOTICE: Request for Quotes – Sylvester Road Guardrail at Parsons Brook Crossing   The Northampton Department of Public Works is soliciting quotes for the installation of guardrail on Sylvester Road at the location where the road crosses Parsons Brook. Contractors may receive a “Request for Quotes” package by contacting the DPW Senior Engineer via email:  gnewman@northamptonma.gov . Contract requirements are summarized in the Request for Quotes package. Quotes for conducting this work shall be received by 2:00 PM on October 16, 2019 via email. The Department reserves the right to reject all quotes, to waive any informality and to accept the quote deemed to be in the best interest of the City. Companies submitting quotes for this work must be on MassDOT prequalification list for this type of work and have installed at least 1,000 feet of guardrail in the past 3 years. The City may request references for this work. This project is funded by the City of Northampton and does not include Chapter 90 funding or other state
