Scope of Work This RFP is for Landscape Maintenance Services. The City is seeking a qualified contractor to furnish all labor, material and supplies for Landscape Maintenance Services for various locations, as specified in this document.
After evaluation, the successful Contractor will enter into a Standard Contract or receive a Purchase Order based upon the discussions held during the Evaluation Process, this RFP and the Proposal.
For purposes of the RFP, references to Contract shall mean either Contract or Purchase Order, and references to Purchase Order shall mean Contract.
The following describes the Services to be performed for the City and provides all mandated requirements.
LOT I - PUBLIC WORKS DIVISION: MEDIANS, SWALES, & INTERSECTIONS
LOT II -UTILITIES DEPARTMENT: MUNICIPAL BUILDINGS, TREATMENT PLANTS & PUMP STATIONS
LOT III - PUBLIC WORKS DIVISION: MEDIANS, INTERSECTIONS, MUNICIPAL BUILDINGS, & VACANT FIELDS
LOT IV - PUBLIC WORKS DIVISION: MUNICIPAL BUILDINGS, PARKING AREAS & ADJACENT SWALES
LOT V - PUBLIC WORKS DIVISION: CANAL HEADS
