Escalante Interagency Janitorial Services - BLM Utah The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) - Utah, Grand Staircase National Monument, seeks a contractor janitorial services for the Escalante Interagency Visitor Center, Visitor Center, Theater, Exhibit room, and Public Restrooms. In order to be a small business under this NAICS code a business must have $18M or less in average annual receipts in this category. This competition is a 100% small business set aside under NAICS code 561710. The method of source selection will be Trade-offs with non-price factors being approximately equal in weight to price factors. Non- price Factors being considered will be 1) plan to provide employees to meet the contract requirements and 2) references and past performance on similar contract whether for the government or

for non-government entities. This is a one year contract with four option years to continue service. All contractors wishing to do business with the federal government must have an active entry in the SAM computer system (https://www.sam.gov) and not be debarred from federal contracting.
