A VALID PHOTO ID IS REQUIRED TO GAIN ACCESS INTO EITHER BUILDING Contract GWB-244.112 – George Washington Bridge – Rehabilitation of Structural Steel, Removal of Lead Based Paint and Repainting the Underside of Lower Level and Contract GWB-244.112M – Agreement to Perform Maintenance of the George Washington Bridge Maintenance Travelers and Associated Systems. Estimate Range: $150M - $200M. Bids Due Tuesday, July 16, 2019. The work under Contract GWB-244.112, consists generally of rehabilitation of structural steel and concrete, removal of lead and asbestos containing paint, repainting the underside of the lower level, replacement of maintenance travelers, center median upgrades and related work at the George Washington Bridge lower level, and above the Hudson River, the New York City park area, the New Jersey Palisades Interstate Park and the vicinities thereof in New York and New Jersey. The work under Contract GWB-244.112M consists generally of bridge maintenance travelers maintenance, repairs, testing and system upgrades. That the bidder has a minimum of ten (10) years construction experience and has completed (or substantially completed) as a prime or general contractor at least three (3) contracts of comparable size, type and complexity to the work of this Contract. The bidder may also qualify if the bidder or persons or entitles owning and controlling the bidding firm shall have satisfactorily met, as owning and controlling another firm, the aforementioned requirements. 2.)
