These products must be distributed to food insecure persons in Virginia in accordance with the food distribution guidelines for each charitable food assistance organization. VDACS will award funds for a grant period of up to one year in length. The grant funding is federal State and Local Recovery Fund (SLRF) pursuant to the American Rescue Plan Recovery Act (ARPA) of 2021, and as such all grant compliance requirements will pass-through to the subrecipients.
