PRF 35994These items must meet all requirements specified in the Department of the Navy drawing number with which it is associated.In order to obtain referenced drawings, vendors must be certified as a U.S. or Canadian contractor by the Joint Certification Program (JCP) administered by the Defense Logistic Information Service (DLIS); form DD2345 must be submitted prior to release of drawings. All interested sources must submit form DD2345 certification to devon.gormley@navy.mil.Additionally, the above referenced documents are controlled unclassified information (CUI). To receive this CUI electronically, an Offeror must be capable of receiving encrypted e-mails. The DoD has established the External Certification Authority (ECA) program to support the issuance of DoD-approved certificates to industry partners and other external entities and organizations. The ECA program is designed to provide the mechanism for these entities to securely communicate with the DoD and authenticate to DoD Information Systems.
