Newsletter Publishing Services

The City currently issues eight (8) printed newsletters annually. Four are "Good Living" newsletters and focus on general community news and four are “Spotlight” newsletters and focus on a topic of interest, such as the Annual Report and Affordable Housing. The Good Living newsletters are six pages in a tri-fold format. The content includes latest news items and sections that are repeated quarterly, such as Upcoming Events, Development and Project News, and Contact Information. Each issue of the Spotlight newsletter is unique in content and style based on the topic. Periodically, the Spotlight is just four pages in a standard booklet format. The newsletter size is standard 8” x 11” pages front and back in full color. The City is seeking a qualified publishing team to provide professional design and layout of articles, pictures, graphs, tables, and graphics.
