UNIFORM RENTAL PROGRAM

Project Description: SCOPE: The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA) and Niagara Frontier Transit Metro Systems, Inc. (NFTM) seeks qualified Contractors to submit proposals that meet the minimum acceptable criteria set forth herein for a fixed price full-service Uniform Rental Program for authorized NFTM Rail and Bus Administrative Staff, Supervisors and NFTA Airport Maintenance Garage employees. The successful proponent will be responsible for administering and implementing a full-service uniform rental program for approximately 57 employees. The services provided under the program include uniform rental, order processing, distributing, fittings, embroidering, laundering, alterations, repairs, and replacements. Samples of apparel, when necessary, may be required for new employees or for changes in sizes or type of apparel. Staffing levels may change at any time throughout the contract period. An option for the Authority to purchase uniform apparel at a discount % rate off MSRP must be included in the proposal.
