Work included under this contract consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and devices necessary to replace one (1) Tank RTU (Remote Terminal Unit) and one (1) plant controls. Work shall include comprehensive system integration; RTU installation and programming; SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) programming; network setup and validation; identification; and removal of existing equipment. Responsive bidders must hold a current small business certification from PA Department of General Services (DGS) FAILURE TO MEET THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE CAUSE FOR REJECTION.
