Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP), a member of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE), is seeking suppliers to respond to a Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide a Short Term (Car Sharing) Lease Vehicle program.  The services described may be purchased by the University and any other member of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (“PASSHE”), including the Office of the Chancellor.  To download copies of the bid package, as referenced in this advertisement

ADV-562, prospective suppliers must register on PASSHE’s eProcurement Exchange https://passhe.procureware.com/home with a National Institute of Government Purchasing (NIGP) codes 975 & 999.
