REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND INSPECTION SERVICES – PROJECT #19-013-F SKAGIT TRANSIT Skagit Transit, the public transportation provided in Skagit County, is seeking Statement of Qualifications from consulting firms with expertise and experience in Construction Management and Inspection Services. The selected firm will provide construction oversight for Skagit Transit’s newly acquired facility “MOA ll”. Phase l will complete the energy envelope of the south and east section of the facility, the energy envelope includes insulation, roofing and siding. Utilities will be rough-in and ready for the next phase of the work. The entire project is located at 11784 Bay Ridge Drive, Burlington, WA 98233. All work performed for this project is subject to Federal funding requirements, including Federal and Washington State prevailing wage rates.
