The Naval Information Warfare SystemsCommand (NAVWAR), in support ofProgram Executive Office Command,Control, Communications, Computers, andIntelligence (PEO C4I), Navy Command andControl Program Office (PMW 150), onbehalf of the North Atlantic TreatyOrganization (NATO) Improved Link Eleven(NILE) Nations is conducting a marketsurvey to determine the interest andcapability of Industry to provide a Link 22mobile test system and the option toprovide the service of test observation,collection, and analysis of data to bedelivered to the NILE Project ManagementOffice.Questions regarding this RFI shall besubmitted in writing by e-mail to theContract Specialist, Jules Ward atjulie.a.ward38.civ@us.navy.mil. Verbalquestions will NOT be accepted. Questionswill be answered by posting answers to theNAVWAR E-Commerce Central websitehttps://e-commerce.dc3n.navy.mil andwww.link22.org; accordingly. Questionsshall NOT contain proprietary orclassified information. The deadline forquestions is 1500 PST, 18 April 2024.Interested parties are requested to respondto this RFI with a white paper following theinstructions listed on the attached RFIdocument. Submissions must be receivedno later than 1000 PST, 26 April 2024.The Performance Work Statement (PWS) forthis RFI is Controlled UnclassifiedInformation (CUI) and will not be madepublicly available.
