Scope of Work Ramsey County, through the Property Management department, seeks multiple firms to furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and other services necessary for unarmed uniformed security and mobile patrol services for various county facilities located within the Ramsey County geographic area. The resulting Contracts will be rate-setting Ramsey County Master Contracts available to all Ramsey County Departments. Ramsey County (“County”), in its sole discretion, will determine the number of master contracts that will be awarded under this solicitation and reserves the right to increase and or decrease the scope of security and mobile patrol services included under the resulting master contracts.
