Prevailing Time on Tuesday May 7, 2024, and immediately thereafter will be publicly opened and names only will be read aloud therein. Late proposals will not be accepted. All proposals must be submitted as ONE ORIGINAL & TWO UNBOUND COPIES according to the specifications. The above-mentioned RFP document may be obtained on or before Wednesday, April 10th from the Washington County website at Washington County PA: Official Website (washingtoncopa.gov). Vendors receiving bid documents are responsible for checking for contract changes and addenda at the website. The Washington County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all proposals.
