Construction Manager for Courthouse Renovations

Lake County, whose government seat is located in Tavares, Florida, is seeking a Florida licensed General Contractor/Construction Manager (at risk) to provide services for the renovation of a portion of the Lake County Courthouse, located at 550 West Main Street, Tavares. The design for the renovation effort has been largely completed.
