RFP No.  PNC2116818P1 - Parking Management Services for Parks - Various Locations



Scope of Work:
Broward County seeks a qualified and experienced parking management firm 
(the “Operator”)
to provide parking management services for parking operations at one or more Broward County Parks and Recreation Division (“PRD”) locations. The successful Operator will be given the exclusive rights to manage the parking operations at the locations designated by the PRD.  The County intends to pay Operator a flat parking management fee, including project-related expenses, utilizing vendor-provided turn-key

parking management equipment and systems with all parking revenues generated going to County.    
 

Contract:
Contract term is for five years with one five-year renewal. Single contract award to a single responsive, responsible bidder/proposer that is highest scored, first-ranked firm. There will be no awards by individual group, lot or line.



Goal Participation:
This solicitation includes participation goals for Broward County certified County Business Enterprises. Refer to Special Instructions and the Office of Economic and Small Business Development Requirements section for additional information.



Questions and Answers:
The County provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through BidSync by the date and time referenced in the solicitation document (including any addenda).  The County will respond to all questions via BidSync.



Submittals:
Vendor MUST submit its solicitation response electronically and MUST confirm its submittal in order for the County to receive a valid response through BidSync. Refer to the
Purchasing Division website
or contact BidSync for submittal instructions. It is the Vendor’s sole responsibility to assure its response is submitted and received through BidSync by the date and time specified in the solicitation. The County will not consider solicitation responses received by other means.
Vendors are encouraged to submit their responses in advance of the due date and time specified in the solicitation document. In the event that the Vendor is having difficulty submitting the solicitation document through BidSync, immediately notify the Purchasing Agent and then contact BidSync for technical assistance.

1. The Scope of Work has been revised and replaced in its entirety.
2. Points scored for Price will include line items PNC2116818P1--01-02 through  PNC2116818P1--01-07
. 
Optional line items (PNC2116818P1--01-01 and PNC2116818P1--01-08), will not be included in the calculation for the scoring of total points awarded for Price. All Items and quantities MUST be bid as specified.

3. The bid end date has been extended until June 10, 2019 @ 2:00 p.m.

4. The Question & Answer period has been extended until May 31, 2019 @ 5:00 p.m.
