Supply of Diesel, Bio Diesel, Gasoline Fuels and Lubricants, Agent and Direct Delivery Services This Request for Proposal ("RFP") invites Vendors of fuel and lubricant products to submit proposals for the
creation of a Standing Offer Agreement (henceforth referred to as the "Contract"). This Contract will cover the
supply of Diesel, Bio Diesel and Gasoline Fuels, Lubricants, Agent and card lock or Direct Delivery Services, to
Customers at the required delivery locations across Canada.
Fuel and Lubricant Requirements included in this RFP For the Following approximate quantities:
Bulk Fuel - 58,598,404 Litres
Cardlock Fuel - 16,504,972 Litres
Fleet Fuel - 2,212,658 litres
Lubricants - 306,646 Litres
