Project Description: SCOPE: The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA) is seeking proposals from responsive and responsible parties interested in leasing a portion of the 8,400 square feet of space available at 251 Cayuga Road, Cheektowaga, New York 14225 (the “Premises”) for ground support services operations in accordance with applicable federal laws and regulations and the NFTA’s Minimum Standards and Qualifications for Aviation Services. One Proponent will not be able to lease the entire Premises and the NFTA intends to lease portions of the Premises to multiple tenants. .
