The above-mentioned contracts will be awarded separately in accordance with the procurement regulations and guidelines governing each. Specific instructions for the proposal package submittals and other RFP requirements are included in the solicitation documents. The release date of this RFP is February 14, 2019 and the complete RFP package (for both contracts) may be obtained for a fee of $250.00 on or after that date by completing the Document Order Form and forwarding it to the NYCT Bid Solicitation Desk. Proposals will only be considered from those manufacturers offering a bus already tested and approved by the Authority or from manufacturers who can demonstrate that they have the ability to qualify their proposed bus in time to support the Authority's delivery schedule requirements. Listed in descending order of importance, the following factors will be considered in evaluating proposals for Contract B40665:  Overall Project Cost including, in addition to pricing, such matters as payment terms, net cost savings and or additions regarding proposed changes to the Contract Terms and Conditions and the Technical Specifications.  Overall Quality of Proposer and Product  New York State Content  Other Relevant Matters Listed in descending order of importance, the following factors will be considered in evaluating proposals for Contract B40668:  Overall Project Cost including, in addition to pricing, such matters as payment terms, net cost savings and or additions regarding proposed changes to the Contract Terms and Conditions and the Technical Specifications.  Overall Quality of Proposer and Product  Other Relevant Matters These Selection Criteria are further described in the solicitation documents. Notwithstanding its relative ranking based on the Evaluation Criteria, the Proposer must demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Authority that it is in all respects a responsible party, i.e., that it has the integrity, skill and experience to faithfully perform each Contract, and the necessary facilities and financial resources to do the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents.
