Summary The City of St. Louis requests proposals from qualified consultants for the preparation of an Affordable Housing Report which relates to work completed by the Housing Production Program administered by the Community Development Administration (“CDA”). CDA anticipates funding the project through an allocation from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
