NRFP 2019-20 002 Phone-VoIP Service The College requires telephony and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services for our main campus in Terrace BC Campus and satellite campuses in Thornhill, Smithers, Hazelton, Prince Rupert, Masset, and Queen Charlotte for a total of approximately 350 extensions. An on-site or hosted Private Branch Exchange PBX is required as part of the solution. Either through support of an existing Bicom Systems PBXware telephony system, or a replacement

hosted or on-site PBX. The PBX system must be compatible with Polycom VVX 400 and 600 series business phones.
