Scope of Work The City of Tallahassee (COT) invites qualified vendors to submit responses to its Request for Proposal (RFP) for Travel and Expense Software and Services. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit competitive proposals from companies that provide internet-based travel and expense software and services that can be used by all City of Tallahassee staff when authorized travel is necessary and reimbursement is requested.
The software will support all city employees including those in our intergovernmental agencies engaged in City of Tallahassee travel. The system provided should be fully hosted and maintained by the proposer, include any and all required software, licenses, training (both end-user and application administration), and application configurations required to make the system fully functional and useful to the City.
