The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking to lease approximately 2500 usf of existing class A or B retail space in Tulsa/Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, specifically within the following geographical location:Northern Limit: 61st Street (Albany St.)Southern Limit: 71st Street (Kenosha St.)Eastern Limit: S 177th Ave (Lynn Lane)Western Limit: HWY 64The ideal space would fit the following: building specifications in compliance with all federal, state and local ordinances, force protection standards in compliance with Department of Defense Unified Facility Criteria; outfitted with designated parking.
