ordering periods, to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government price and other factors considered.The solicitation will be issued via Internet only on Feb Biz Opps at http://www.fbo.gov. Solicitation issue date is on or about 23 January 2019. Quotes are anticipated to be due on or about 22 February 2019.
