To be considered for award, proponents must bid on all 3 Groups. TCHC will be awarding to the lowest total priced Quotation. The three (3) groups Require Dates and Service details are as followed: Group A - Midnight Basketball Requirements: a. 6 Buses required (1 per team). Each bus may be

required to make multiple stops (~2-3). b. Transport six (6) teams, each consisting of 12 youth (ages 14-18 yrs.) and 2 coaches. c. Services are required for 15 days (Fridays only) d. Starting at 4:00PM until approximately 1:00AM. Required Service Dates: 1. May 3, 10, 17, 24, 31, 2. June 7, 14, 3. July 5, 12, 19, 26, 4. Aug 2, 9, 16, 23 Group B - League of Her Own (LOHO) Requirements: a. 1 Bus required. Each bus may be required to make multiple stops (~2-3). b. Transport one (1) team consisting of 25 youth (ages 14-18 yrs.) and 2 coaches. c. Services are required for 8 days (Mondays only) d. Starting at 4:00PM until approximately 10:30PM Required Service Dates 1. July 8, 15, 22, 29, 2. Aug 12, 19, 26 Group C - KickStart Requirements: a. 3 Buses required (1 per team). Each bus may be required to make multiple stops (~2-3). b. Transport three (3) teams, each consisting of 25 youth (ages 6-14 yrs.) and 2 coaches per team. c. Services are required for 3 days (Saturday) d. Starting at 9:00AM until approximately 4:00PM. Required Service Dates 1. June 1, 15, 2.
