Added:Apr 11, 2019 4:33 pm The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a contractor to supplytwo (2) generators, on a rental basis, for a period of at least eight (8) weeks, but not more than 31 weeks. The generators will be used on a Quarters Barge vessel as it works on the Upper Mississippi River.The two (2) generators shall be Diesel Powered, 250 KW, 480 volt - 3 phase - 60 Hz, standalone generator sets, with their own fuel tanks, radiators, enclosures, and breakers for connecting to the house electrical system.Contractor shall quotea weekly rate for the first eight (8) weeks, and a weekly rate for rental periods after eight (8) weeks, not to exceed 31 weeks total. These rates shall include the transportation costs of the generator sets to and from the Fountain City, WI service base. The Government will perform basic routine maintenance every 250 hours of operation (i.e. oil & filter change, air filter cleaning).
