Bidders must own and operate their own TCP/IP backbone and have been in operation, under the same name, providing dedicated Internet Access service to organizations such as banks or insurance companies, municipal or other governments of similar size and complexity to the City for more than three (3) years. They must have a minimum of two upstream providers with no less than Gigabit (1Gbps) connections. In addition, they must be able to demonstrate that they have sufficient ability, capacity, financial strength, experience, personnel, resources, skill and will to meet the City’s needs as outlined in RFT in order to be qualified.
