EHA strongly recommends attendance at the pre-bid walkthroughs which will be held beginning at Broadway Plaza at 3020 Broadway Avenue, Everett Washington 98201 on the April 3, 2019 at 10:00 AM. There is parking available under the west building at 3017 Lombard Avenue, entry is off of Wall Street.
