QRAE 3 pumped multi gas monitor EL/H2S/CO/O2 Li-ion battery and chargers, data cable, software, spare filters.

Calibration Equipment
RAE Quad 34LTR 18% O2/ 50% LEL CH4/ 50 PPM CO/ 10 PPM H2S, .5 LPM Regulator C-10 (male thread) 58/103 liter cylinders


This Request For Quote (RFQ) will result in a Purchase Order. SAMPLE ATTACHED SAMPLE

An RFQ MANDATORY Bid Form is attached. Bidders must download the attached RFQ Bid Form and fill in all information to bid on the solicitation.

BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE ODFW SALEM HEADQUARTERS BUILDING. Bids must be addressed as indicated below. Bidders are solely responsible for the means of Bid delivery.

Bidders may submit facsimile bids in response to this solicitation. The entire response must arrive at the place and by the time specified.

2. The agency is not responsible for any failure attributable to the transmission or receipt of the Facsimile bid including, but not limited to the following:
3. Receipt of garbled or incomplete documents.
4. Availability or condition of the receiving facsimile machine.
5. Incompatibility between the sending and receiving facsimile machine.
6. Delay in transmission or receipt of documents.
7. Failure of the Offeror to properly identify the offer documents.
8. Illegibility of offers documents.
9. Security and confidentiality of data.


"OR EQUAL": Any brand name listed in the specifications as "or equal" or "or equivalent" shall establish the minimum requirements for quality, utility, durability, function, purpose, etc. Other product brands may be offered that are equal to or better than the product brand name. Bidder may show cost differences, alternates and options in the space provided in the quote. This clause is not meant to be restrictive, but to set the minimum standard. AGENCY SHALL DETERMINE, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, WHETHER A PRODUCT OFFERED IS "EQUAL." When the designation is "or equal" or "equivalent" Agency shall make its decision after Bid Closing.

TERMINATION DUE TO FUNDING SOURCE:
Agency may terminate the Contract, in whole or in part, immediately upon notice to Contractor, or at such later date as Agency may establish in such notice, upon the occurrence of any of the following events: (i) Agency fails to receive funding, or appropriations, limitations or other expenditure authority at levels sufficient to pay for the Goods to be purchased and/or the services to be provided under the Contract; or (ii) federal or state laws, regulations, or guidelines are modified or interpreted in such a way that either the purchase of Goods and/or services under the Contract is prohibited, or the Agency is prohibited from paying for such Goods and/or services from the planned funding source; or (iii) Contractor breaches any material provision of the Contract. Pursuant to this section, upon receipt of written notice of termination, Contractor shall stop performance under the Contract as directed by the Agency.

ESTIMATE OF PURCHASES: It is estimated that the quantities in the items listed will be purchased on this request for quote. These figures are intended to serve only as a guide to bidders, and are not to be construed as a guarantee. All quantities are estimated, and are for bid purposes only. The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW) reserves the right to adjust quantities, add or delete, as needed.

WARRANTIES: Unless otherwise stated, all goods shall be new and current model and shall carry full manufacturer warranties. Contractor warrants all goods delivered to be free from defects in labor, material and manufacture and to be in compliance with solicitation specifications. All implied and expressed warranty provisions of the Uniform Commercial Code (ORS chapter 72) are incorporated in this contract. All warranties shall run to the State.

ODFW reserves the right to cancel the solicitation, or reject in whole or in part, any or all quotes when the cancellation or rejection is in the best interest of the contracting Agency, in accordance with ORS 279B.100. ODFW also reserves the right to negotiate terms and conditions.
