General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:  State:MOCity:ChesterfieldDelineated Area:North--Highway 64 to Chesterfield Parkway W to Chesterfield Parkway E to Conway Road; South---Clayton Road; East---South Mason Road; West---Clarkson Road (aka 340) to Kehrs Mill Road to Long RoadSq. Ft. (ABOA*):Office Space:  22,479 ABOA SF (Approximately 25,851 RSF)Space Type:Minimum requirements: •·         Quality building of sound and substantial construction.•·         Offered space must be contiguous.•·         Space must allow for efficient use.Parking Spaces 10 surfaceFull Term:156 Months (13 years)Firm Term:120 months (10 years)            Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility(ADA/ABAAS), seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced lease will be required.  Offered space shall be outside the 100 year flood plain. The office space must be accessible to the government at all times
