The State of Minnesota, MNIT Services at the Dept. of Human Services (DHS) intends to renew existing agreement with Govemmentjobs.com, Inc. (d/b/a NEOGOV). The annual renewal provides Software as a Service (SaaS) licensing, related to DHS’s Insight Enterprise SaaS subscription, a recruitment, selection, testing and applicant tracking system. This contract is for up to a 12 month term. Because NEOGOV retains exclusive ownership rights and is solely responsible for providing the required SaaS licensing, this has been deemed a single source purchase. None of these required products/services can be provided through a 3rd party vendor.
